- Each saree has been examined carefully and cleaned so that the customer experiences all the love it was created with. - Only Exchanges are allowed within 3 business days of the receipt of the order, if the wrong product is delivered, i.e. product doesn’t match the item description in the order confirmation, in which case we will re-fulfil your order with the correct product subject to availability after review of the wrong delivery. Clothing items must be unworn and unwashed with their original tags and packaging intact.
- We do not allow Returns and Cancellations. We also do not issue Refunds. Customers are, therefore, requested to verify and review order(s) including colours, sizes, quantities, etc. of textiles /garments /objects before placing the order.
- Domestic orders will be delivered within 6-8 business days.
- Shipments are sent from Gurgaon, India.
- Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can track your order status on the shipping agent's website by entering your assigned order tracking number.
